Did something go wrong with your order? No problem! Returns are easy and always free.
From the moment the order is delivered, you have 14 days to try out the products. If something doesn't feel right to you, you can request a return. Be careful not to remove tags, any accessories or labels: we do not accept returns of products that do not have them. You can request your return after 24 hours of receiving the package, The procedure is very simple: follow these four steps.

Enter the e-mail address with which you placed the order and the order number in the form below.

Take out the return label that you can find inside the package and insert the items you want to return inside a box, possibly the one in which they were delivered. Apply the return label to the outside of the package, and if you are using the original box, be careful to completely cover the previous label.

If you choose home pick-up, a courier will collect your return on the date indicated by you. If you choose to deliver your package to a collection center, please go to the one nearest you: www.ups.com/dropoff. Note: if you choose a different courier than the one indicated, in case of loss or damage to the package, Sisley is not responsible and will not be able to issue a refund.

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouses, it will be subjected to quality control. If the products comply with the return conditions, you will receive a refund in a matter of days.
