His favorite cocktail is a mojito, he doesn't abide by a schedule and he never reveals his tricks: Luca Librandi, an ambitious and determined bar manager at The Roof in Milan, is the new face of the I am SISLEY Campaign. A dreamer with clear ideas who has managed to transform a great passion into an enthusiastic, rewarding job.

Nothing is taken for granted in Luca's life: a relentless traveler, a talented bartender and an expert manager, he changed his career path as he went, edging closer to his great passion for the world of cocktails. After graduating from university and taking on a job as an insurance consultant, he chose a different route, going with his instincts and initiative.

Behind the bar, Luca gives off emotion and love for what he does, and it's exactly this that makes him a success: his rapport with people, his self-awareness, his professionalism and his contagious smile.

He packed up in Genoa and went to Milan, but the stops in between were plentiful and fundamental: Forte dei Marmi, Ibiza, Courmayeur, Lake Garda and the Costa Smeralda helped in Luca Librandi's professional and personal growth. From the first experience in a pub at sixteen years old, Luca never quit: a degree in Business Economics, a master's in General Management and his desire to travel have all led to his globetrotting past, working in the coolest bars and most exclusive venues.

What's waiting for Luca in the near future is a secret yet to be unveiled: for now, he keeps letting customers in on his passionate personality, fixing them up nicely with extraordinary cocktails. For responsible drinking.
